The windproof design will hold heat in. High heat searing is a snap and you'll know it's a Napoleon with the iconic WAVE™ cooking grids for those distinctive sear marks. Like your favorite cast iron skillet, the porcelain coated cast iron cooking grids heat evenly and provide a non-stick surface for your food, seasoning like a cast iron skillet.
