The guardian collection of flame resistant hearth rugs provide  the highest protection you can put in front of your fireplace to protect from sparks or embers that can pop out of wood fires.   The face of the rugs is 100% woven fiberglass and the back is heavy vinyl to aid in laying flat.  The non-skid vinyl backing is safe for tile, stone, wood or carpet surfaces.  The Half Round rugs are 27” x 48” in five colors; black, brown, charcoal, tan and blue.  These rugs meet or exceed the CPSC FF 1-70 flammability standard and are proudly made in the USA.   When cleaning we recommend vacuum or sweeping will do the job. Do not machine wash.  Clean with a damp rag and small amount of dish detergent if necessary.
