The Regency City Series New York View linear gas fireplaces feature a seamless clear view of the fire with the ability to be integrated into any décor style.

CV40E Designer Gas Fireplace Key Features:

  • Clean uninterrupted view of the fire
  • Invisible glass safety barrier
  • Reflective enamel or glass panels to accentuate the flame picture (optional)
  • Place a TV right above the fire
  • Standard interior lights to accentuate the fire
  • Use any finishing material right to the edge of the fireplace, even wood!
  • Natural Gas or Propane
  • Available as Direct Vent or Power Vent
  • Glass viewing Area: 38-13/16" x 15 -1/16"
  • Electronic Ignition & Proflame receiver
  • Use any finishing materials right to the edge of the fireplace
  • Standard unit includes: body, ceramic glass, glowing black sea wool, 30 inch burner, 4"x 6-⅝" direct vent or power vent, tempered glass safety barrier (patent pending), ProFlame II GTMF Remote, glass removal suction cups and interior lighting.
  • Required: 1.5 lbs of 1/4" glass crystals for burner
