The Brabura 40 Outdoor Griddle is made from 10mm 304 stainless steel. The thick steel holds more heat than thinner stainless steel griddles for professional performance. With 648 square inches of surface cooking area and 4 independent burners, the only limit to your menu is your imagination. Based in the tradition of Mediterranean cooking, preparing food on a griddle is healthier, easier and allows freedom in the types of foods you are able to prepare.
